Health Benefits
Zynga pays 100% of benefit premiums for Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for all U.S. full-time employees and 75% of their dependants’ premiums.
Other Paid Benefits
In addition to providing core health benefits Zynga pays 100% of the cost of Basic and Accident insurance. Zynga also provides short-term and long-term disability protection.
Vacation
We have no formal policy for exempt employees. Our vacation policy is “please rest and take some days off.”
